Choosing the best conveyancing expert could take along time which is why so many Buyers and Sellers use the internet instead of walking down the High Street.
Imagine if you could choose a High Street Solicitor from many local firms in just one place. You can now visit the Homebuyer Conveyancing website where you can compare fully itemised conveyancing quotes without entering your personal details.
What’s the competition like?
The competition in choosing the right Conveyancer is made complex as some websites ask for your details upfront and then display your quotes. Often representing conveyancing warehouses instead of High Street Solicitors. The enquiry goes to say 5 Solicitors and each Solicitor is then emailing and calling the HOT potential Client. Not really the best way to make an informed decison and very time consuming.
The advantage of using a High Street Solicitor is very simple, you can walk in and discuss your conveyance or indeed get your ID papers signed easily.
The other advantage is that Homebuyer knows the available capacity of that high street legal expert. That way if they have hit their level of work they can be switched off.
Warehouse conveyancing can only work if the systems in place are robust and slick. As in any warehouse once things start to get busy the service levels can significantly drop and sometimes fail. That’s a big risk as seasonal changes especially around school holidays severely interrupt the process flow of timely information.
Choosing The best Value Conveyancer
The best Conveyancer is someone that can execute your conveyance and deliver an exchange of contracts to a realistic timescale. Someone that can ask the right questions to quickly reveal how the other party wants to progress.
Without that knowledge the process takes ages and brings massive risk to all parties.
